Interventions and Strategies that can be Applied to Many Math Skills
Xtra Math
This website requires front loading; however, this is a GREAT tool for students to be able to independently practice math skills on their computers. As a teacher, you are able to collect data and see progress as well. This could be a tool that can be used as you do small groups or stations in your math classroom.

List of Math 6-8 Interventions by Standard
This is a list of interventions grouped by standards that can be used with any type of grouping of students.

I do, We do, You do
This is a great strategy to use with modeling. You can use this with any Math standard. You could do 2-3 problems on the board or in small group, then as a group, you would do 2-3 more. Then, the students would complete them independently.

Peer Tutoring
This utilizes the various levels of students in your classroom. This encourages pairing students up and using flashcards to tutor one another on specific concepts.

Problem Solving Plan
This is a four step plan to any problem solving question that students may encounter.
